3. Incorrect or Unsatisfactory Orders

We may request photographic evidence of the issue. We will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the circumstances.

4. Online Orders and Payments
For all orders placed and paid online through our website, refunds will be processed to the original payment method (the card used for payment) within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank's processing time. If your online order cannot be fulfilled for any reason, you will receive a full refund automatically.

5. Dine-In Orders
If you are dissatisfied with your meal due to quality issues while dining at our restaurant, please notify our staff immediately. We will offer a replacement dish or a full/partial refund at our discretion.

6. Reservation Deposits
Deposits for reservations are fully refundable if cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may forfeit the deposit.

7. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable: partially consumed food or beverages (unless there is a quality issue), orders cancelled after preparation has begun, special event bookings with specific cancellation terms, and gift cards.
